ANZ Sell Ready

We are always told in the real estate industry it is all about location, location, location! Which is why when ANZ Bank partnered with APN Outdoor they decided to turn Sydney’s Warringah Freeway Elite Screen into a giant 'For Sale' sign.

In celebration of launching ANZ Sell Ready, a guide to selling your property, the bank ran a competition to allow home owners the chance to showcase their property on APN Outdoor’s premium Elite Screen. Home Owners were encouraged to think creatively and submit their house online for a chance to win a week of Outdoor advertising.

The flexibility of Digital Outdoor allowed for a new ‘For Sale’ sign creative to be seamlessly updated with each new winner announcement. By assisting people to sell their home, the competition has provided ANZ Bank a way to bring awareness to their new guide and positive brand reinforcement as a bank to trust when buying and selling your home.
