Sydney CBD’s first Digital Billboard goes live


SYDNEY: Today, leading Outdoor company, APN Outdoor, switches on Sydney CBD’s first-ever roadside, large format, high-definition, Digital Billboard. The installation of ‘The Darling’ marks APN Outdoor’s completion of Australia’s first national large format Digital Billboard pack.

Clients Lion Nathan, Mercedes, Optus and Microsoft are the first to see their campaigns up in lights at the busy Darlinghurst intersection where their campaigns will enjoy exposure to almost 2.5 million audience contacts across a month.

Another unique feature of The Darling is the integrated community messaging component. Offering the City of Sydney a regular spot on the advertising schedule, the Council can utilise the effective broadcast ability of Outdoor by promoting their festivals, events and news updates in real time.
